Who are we?

Hi! We are Jess and Keira, qualified Biokineticists with a shared passion for helping people of all ages move with confidence and live life to the fullest. We believe that movement is medicine, and that every person deserves an exercise programme tailored to their unique goals and abilities.

Together, we offer both land-based biokinetic rehabilitation and hydrotherapy, working with children and adults with neurological conditions, orthopaedic injuries, chronic pain, developmental delays, and a variety of other movement challenges. We love seeing our patients grow in confidence, celebrate their achievements, and discover what their bodies are capable of.

Our approach is centred around creating a warm, supportive environment where patients and their families feel encouraged, heard, and empowered throughout their rehabilitation journey. We’re so excited to be part of the OWL community and look forward to meeting you and supporting you in reaching your full potential through movement.”
